This week has been busy I have learnt a lot.  In french we are learning to say the three little pigs story in french which is hard because we have to memorise all of it by the end of the year. In class  I have learnt a lot more about twin towers. 

Yesterday we went to fixture It was a five and a half hour trip and the bus driver tried to put a dvd in the dvd player but It spat it out again so I just read my book instead.

 When we got to iona college It was really dark and then we went into the gym. They called out our billets one by one and then they called out my name and my billets name so walked over and shook her hand she said her name was phoebe so I introduced myself. 

 I couldn't get to sleep that night I was thinking about my mum and dad who were staying in havelock as well with friends. I finally got to sleep and kept waking up I woke up in the morning and looked at my watch and It was only six and phoebe said to wake her up seven so I read for an hour before I went to her room and woke her up.

  When we arrived to school all the other girls were arriving so I met up with my teammates and they all said they had nice billets so that was great.  

When i was on the court I played goal attack first and then I played goalkeeper. I was off in the 3rd quarter and then I played goal attack again. We won 18 to 11 which is good and we were very happy because we traveled all that way so all that was great.

I am really looking forward to opera next term because we get to dance and act and sing.  I love opera but I am going to be really busy with it so I need to manage myself.  I'm also looking forward to athletics I like high jump, discus, cricket ball throw and all the others.  

This week has been very busy today I had Opera practice we had to sing all the songs in the Opera.  Also today we had market day and I bought a lot of cool stuff  and good quality things.  Tomorrow we have chinese dining day I'm really looking forward to it because I love chinese food and I bet she will make it really yummy. We are having spring rolls and dumplings.

This week has been great we had the fissure on wednesday but we lost 27 25 but that's ok we are going to play as well as we can on saturday and will hopefully win y

This week we had Mr Murray come and talk to us about sustainability and about geothermal energy I learnt a lot and had a lot of fun we also got a solar powered chargers for our electronic devices with that ... we got a usb stick. On tuesday we had the bugsy show and we did really well .

This week has been great I have had learnt more about writing an information report I am doing Antarctica and I doing my research with Lauren.       In netball training we have been learning how to do lots of new skills and i'm really enjoying school

 

This week I have finished  my information report and caught up on my work we had  great netball practices and have had an amazing performing arts concert. I performed in the choir and it went really well.  TOday it was really foggy and couldn't see the end of the field and i'm guessing that this is going to happen alot.

This week has been great yesterday we went to the costume room, we found some really cool costumes for the girls and the talullah dance and blousey dance. we didn't quite get to the boys  but the girls look great. I have finished my information report it is on antarctica and about all the animals. WE won our first netball game and lost our second.

reflection week 3

This week we have being working on our sustainability theme for this term. At syndicate assembly we had Dr Judy Dickie talk about the green house effect and global warming and I learnt a lot more than I thought I would. Going on the sport side of things we won our netball game 20 to 2 for our first time as a team and we hadn't had any training together so we did well overall.
